Tips for the Best One-Pot Garlic Spaghetti
Saving some of the pasta water after cooking the spaghetti contributes starch as a binder for a thicker, creamy consistency. It also helps lubricate the pasta. In fact, I often save a bit more if a family member is running late to stir in if the spaghetti starts drying out.
If you never tried making homemade pasta, I suggest the old-fashioned pasta machine that you crank by hand. Friends that bought the electric version complain it takes longer to make spaghetti than it did by cranking it by hand. It usually takes me about thirty minutes from making and boiling it to serving.
I hope that you give my easy garlic pasta a try at your home when looking for some quick dinner ideas. Please do share this recipe with family and friends and do come back to my blog for more.
