Friday, April 26, 2024
- Fire Museum Block Party: Get ready to hose down some fun at the Fire Museum Block Party! Mingle with Chucky the firedog, snap a pic with the world’s largest fire hydrant (it erupts every hour!), and learn all about firefighting history. Check it out from 4pm-7pm; free admission!
- Lamar Spring Football Game: Cheer on the Lamar University Cardinals at their electrifying Spring Football Game. Witness the future stars of Cardinals football in action and soak up the electric stadium atmosphere. Free admission; game begins at 7pm.
- Movies at the McFaddin-Ward: Unwind under the stars with a classic movie night at the historic McFaddin-Ward House. Pack a picnic basket, grab a blanket, and enjoy watching “Homeward Bound” with your furry friends! Gates open at 7:30pm and the movie will begin at dusk; free admission!
