5.11 Tactical Releases NEW 2023 Wearable Merchandise

The variety of products that 5.11 offers is astounding, but I’ve always been most interested in their apparel and hard-use clothing. I’m still wearing the same pair of Stryke Pants from 2018. At this past SHOT Show in January, they revealed a number of new wearable products for civilians and those who work on the front lines.

NEW Wearable Products: PT-R Women’s Packable Jacket

The Packable Jacket is made from 100% nylon ripstop. Its PU coating shields you from the rain with its waterproof properties. The entire jacket packs into its own internal pocket for storage. MSRP is $65.

Don’t want to be sweaty and stinky? The nylon/elastane blend construction is finished with an anti-odor and moisture-wicking coating. Key and phone pockets are present in the waistband, which also uses an internal drawstring for adjustments. MSRP is $58.

Hog Hunter S/S

The Hog Hunter S/S is a short sleeve shirt with a casual look and business performance. It’s made from 100% polyester vents are built into the shirt to keep you from getting swampy when the air gets muggy. The lower buttons are deceptive, as they conceal a center-front RAPDIDraw placket for quick access to your protective gear. MSRP is $60.

Trail Pant

The Trail Pant is made from a polyester/elastane blend and features a comfort waistband for mobility. Further enhancing movement ability is the built-in running gusset, for when things get dynamic. The eight tricot mesh pockets add to breathability and are in place to store all of your gear. MSRP is $85.

XTU Pant and XTU L/S Shirt

The XTU L/S Shirt has anti-odor properties in place, as well as moisture-wicking performance. The fabric is coated in Teflon to keep it from melting. The XTU pants are made with Ortholite padding in the waistband for all-day comfort. The fabric is designed to not met or drip in heated situations, and the gusseted crotch keeps you comfortable when crouching or sitting. They use a 3-in-1 kneepad system with a removable outer shell. MSRP is $200.

Stryke PDU Twill Class B S/S Shirt and Class A Plus Pant

The Stryke PDU line is made with mechanical stretch Flex-Tac twill material and Teflon coating. The pants use a tubular waistband for extra comfort. They have six pockets and elastic grip lining to keep your shirt tucked in. MSRP is $84. The shirts feature melamine buttons and built-in collar stays. The pockets integrate pen slots and a radio loop is also present. MSRP is also $84.
