Methods to Make Straightforward and Wholesome Apple Spice Muffins with Canola Oil

These apple spice muffins made with canola oil are soft, cakey and moist muffins chalked with delicious apple, cinnamon and allspice. In fact, these healthy and easy muffins taste more like dessert than something to serve the family at breakfast. Since they are one of my family’s favorites when it comes to muffins, I wanted to pass this recipe on to you.

You really would be surprised at how simple these apple muffins are to make when that urge for something sweet with apples strikes. They don’t require a lot of ingredients and are ones that you probably have on hand right now with the flour, sugar, spices, oil, egg, milk, baking powder, and apple.

As far as the amount of effort needed to bake these apple cinnamon muffins, it is minimal. Seriously, it is just lining up the ingredients, stirring the sugar with the liquid ingredients, sifting flour and then mixing the dry before combining the wet with the dry ingredients and pouring into muffins pans. I consider the wait for my oven timer to ring the hardest part of making these apple spice muffins while that fragrant cinnamon and apple aroma circulates.

I hope that you give this easy muffin recipe a try. I do think that once you taste these that you’ll also be glad you stumbled on these great apple muffins. Please share the recipe with your family and friends and do come back to my blog for more.
