The white chocolate chips also lend a delightful sweetness and scrumptious complex flavor. If you have some ripe bananas, this is the best recipe that can fool anyone into believing that they’re eating a tender cupcake instead of just a muffin, especially if you dress it up with a creamy chocolate frosting.

If you read my blog, then you know that I hate complicated and time-consuming recipes as well as ones that call for expensive ingredients. You won’t find that in this chocolate banana muffin recipe or other recipes that I share with you. Therefore, you can also appreciate how easy and cost efficient this banana chocolate white chocolate chip muffin recipe is to make.

What else matters to me is how healthy the ingredients are for what I plan to bake or cook as much as possible. Therefore, I only use canola oil, which is the best vegetable oil to avoid bad artery clogging fat. Furthermore, there is also no salt needed for those monitoring their sodium intake.

Furthermore, this recipe for my white chocolate chip banana muffins is a sensational way to keep any over ripe bananas from going to waste.

In addition, you can make a few different variations of this chocolate banana muffin recipe by substituting semisweet or milk chocolate chips instead of the white variety. You can also add some chopped walnuts or raisins (½ cups) to give it a fresh change.

These really are the ultimate banana white chocolate muffins judging from taste, ease of preparation and the good feeling that you get knowing this produces more healthy muffins that also have less sugar. I hope that you give my recipe a try and share it with your family and friends because it is one that will bring you compliments.
