Delta Air Lines will expand the availability of its in-flight seatback information system, announced in January 2023 as part of the Delta Sync program, to three additional fleet types—the Airbus A319 and A320, as well as the Boeing 737-800—by the end of summer 2024, the carrier announced Monday.
SkyMiles members can log into a Delta Sync seatback screen and have access to personalized features, including connecting flight information and real-time trip notifications. The carrier said the Delta Sync screen currently is available on 185 aircraft.
Delta also is continuing to expand its availability of high-speed free Wi-Fi, also announced in January 2023 and launched in February 2023. The carrier expects more than 90 percent of its customers will have access to Delta Sync Wi-Fi by the end of this year.
