Luxury chain Loews Hotels & Co. has named former Cape Resorts CEO Dan Flannery its new COO, the company announced this week.
Flannery will lead all aspects of operations and is responsible for “developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve guest experiences and drive overall business growth,” according to the company.
Flannery most recently served as CEO of Cape Resorts, a group of boutique properties in New Jersey and New York, and previously served as SVP and managing director of Edition Hotels, the 14-property collaboration between boutique hotelier Ian Schrager and Marriott International.
Flannery succeeds prior COO John Cottrill.
Loews Hotels has 25 properties in the U.S. and Canada.
