Travel and expense management platform Mesh is developing a
guest travel booking solution for release later this year, the company
announced.
With the solution, company facilitators—such as travel
managers, or finance and HR personnel—will be able to invite guests to book
their own travel via the Mesh online booking tool. The solution also can
facilitate an offline booking process for guests with a company’s preferred travel
management company, according to Mesh.
Mesh, which reports more than 1,500 companies as clients, added
the travel management platform to its payment and expense offering last
year. The platform was developed to work with clients’ existing TMCs,
particularly for those companies working with multiple TMCs around the world.
The guest travel booking solution will be available as a
part of a new travel management release this summer, according to Mesh.
