Canadian travel management company Worldgo Travel Management has appointed Joseph Gamboa as chief sales officer, the company announced.
Gamboa has worked in sales for more than 20 years, more than 10 of those in sales leadership roles, and he most recently was VP of sales for luxury travel company Travel Edge. He has had particular focus on the small and midsized business segments over his career, according to Worldgo.
“Joseph’s extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly in the corporate travel management sector, makes him the perfect fit for our company,” Worldgo CEO Eric Sakawsky said in a statement. “His proven ability to scale sales teams, drive revenue growth and implement effective sales strategies will be invaluable as we continue to expand our reach and enhance our service offerings.”
Worldgo has offices in Vancouver and Toronto.
