Thriller Ranch Debuts NEW Superset, Up to date Rip Ruck Collection & Duffles

Mystery Ranch just dropped a few new and updated backpacks, bags, and duffles. This includes updates to the Rip Ruck series along with an all-new pack – the “Superset” – and lots of additions to their Mission Travel Series. The history of Mystery Ranch backpacks is a fascinating journey that spans several decades and is deeply rooted in the world of outdoor adventure and military gear. Founded by Dana Gleason and Renee Sippel-Baker, Mystery Ranch has evolved from its humble beginnings in Bozeman, Montana, into a globally recognized brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and unwavering commitment to producing top-quality backpacks. With a rich heritage that blends Dana Gleason’s earlier ventures, such as Dana Designs and Kletterwerks, Mystery Ranch has become a trusted name in the world of backpacks, catering to a diverse range of outdoor enthusiasts, from hikers and hunters to firefighters and military personnel.

Probably the most exciting new bag to me is the Superset, even though I’m not the biggest climber, its sleek lines and minimal look make we want to boulder up some walls to snatch one of these for myself.

“The SUPERSET 24 is a feature-packed bag for the minimalist gym-goer. Durable, compact, and designed with climbers in mind, this multifaceted pack allows you to carry your workout clothes, climbing gear, water bottles, and even your computer straight from the office to the gym without having to stop at home. It has enough space so that you don’t have to squeeze things in, and the full-zip opening lets you quickly grab whatever you need without having to dig around. Climbers will love the new gear loop located inside of the pack–use it to organize quickdraws or attach chalk bags or other gear.” – Mystery Ranch

Rip Ruck Series Updates

Mystery Ranch Debuts NEW Superset, Updated Rip Ruck Series & Duffles

All of the Rip Rucks have seen some big updates, and while I’m visually not a fan of them, right now time will tell if they grow on me. I can say it does look like they slimmed them down and added more attachment points.
“Boasting the greatest volume in the RIP RUCK series, this 32-liter pack is top-notch for carrying extra gear for a long hike, clothes and toiletries for a weekend away, or work supplies for a day at the office. A molded body panel on the back and a fully adjustable yoke make for more comfortable carry, while extra pockets on the front and sides offer fast access to water bottles, keys, and phone. For easy accessibility, the laser-cut MOLLE panel can hold your accessories up front: clip on a pocketknife or flashlight, attach a first-aid pouch, or hook on a travel mug. Fasten the padded waist belt around your hips to relieve pressure from your shoulders and back, or stow it behind the body panel when you want it out of the way. Pack more, go further, and put this pack to work–it can handle it.” – Mystery Ranch

Mystery Ranch Debuts NEW Superset, Updated Rip Ruck Series & Duffles

It’s like someone told Mystery Ranch that they need more duffles and travel gear on their site… and they really took it to heart… There are lots of new additions here from one with wheels to large standard ones in all shapes, sizes, and colors!

“The MISSION ROVER 45 combines all the best features of a suitcase, backpack, and duffel bag in one do-it-all pack. Comfortably carry it on your back, over a shoulder, or by any of its side handles as you navigate the airport. No need to check any luggage–this 45-liter travel bag falls within the maximum legal carry-on size for airplane overhead bins. With zippered pockets and compartments galore, it’s the only pack you’ll need for a weekend trip.” – Mystery Ranch
