Heidi Klum’s ‘Much less is Extra’ Wellness Routine


HEIDI KLUM was on The HIM & HER Show today and omigod she is SO FUN.

We found ourselves laughing and smiling ear to ear, almost like you could feel her energy through the audio. She is so relaxed, calm and down to earth, but also has this fun hyper vibe that we just love. Heidi Klum probably needs no introduction but just in case:

WHO IS HEIDI KLUM?

Heidi Klum is a German-American model, television host, producer, and businesswoman. She appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1998 and was the first German model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

Following a successful modeling career, Klum became the host and a judge of Germany’s Next Topmodel and the reality show Project Runway. She has been nominated for six Emmy Awards and you most definitley recognize her from every single page of The Victoria’s Secret catalogue and as the Angel with the biggest wings at the annual fashion show.

Heidi was born in Bergisch Gladbach, a small city near Cologne, Germany. Her career began almost by accident when she submitted photos to a model competition hosted by Petra, a young woman’s magazine. Klum won the competition, and signed with Metropolitan, the German modeling agency. After modeling in Europe for a few years to great success, she went to the United States to pursue modeling there, and met with more success, culminating in her relationship with Victoria’s Secret.

Heidi Klum’s ‘Less is More’ Wellness Routine:

+ epsom salt baths once or twice a week (she loves warmth).

+ velcro heat pad to stay warm when traveling.

+ drink a lot of water. (Check out Lauryn’s favorite water bottles and spa water recipes).

+ she often drinks an entire lemon blended with a bit of water and says it’s delicious.

+ moisturize once in a while to let your pores breath and let your body producte it’s natural oils.

+ she gets labs and bloodwork done yearly at a medical retreat-type of facility in Austria.

+ for exercise she prefers lighter weights and lots of rest to avoid injury at 52 years old (also her 6 hour fittings burn some serious calories).

Well, isn’t she lucky!
