Originally from West London, Hope Tala was born to a Jamaican-descended father and a British and Irish mother. A passion marked her childhood for music. After earning a First-Class Degree in English literature from the University of Bristol, she quickly built a following with a string of releases, which laid the foundations for her subsequent career.
