Six Senses Lisbon
Set to open in 2025, Six Senses Lisbon will become the second standout destination in our Portuguese collection, joining Six Senses Douro Valley, which recently earned top honors in the Spa Resorts category of the Condé Nast Readers’ Choice Awards.
SAMA Comporta
SAMA is an upcoming boutique resort currently under development between Comporta and Melides in Portugal, slated for completion by summer 2025. Spanning over 86,000 square meters, the project is managed by FCC Construcción and promoted by TAN Investments. The resort will offer 16 Arabian-style villas, with property prices ranging from 1.8 to 5.5 million euros.
Kimpton Lisbon
IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), a global leader in hospitality, has announced the signing of Kimpton Lisbon, marking the debut of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in the Portuguese capital. Scheduled to open in early 2025, this boutique luxury hotel will be the second Kimpton property in Portugal, following the recent signing of Kimpton Algarve São Rafael Atlántico in late 2023.
Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel
The Tivoli hotel chain has announced plans to open a new property in Portugal, the Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel, located on the south bank of the Douro River.
