Serko will provide access to Amadeus’ New Distribution Capability content through its Zeno corporate travel platform in mid-2025, the company announced.
Through the integration, “Serko’s platform will allow our Amadeus-based agencies to provide their customers access to competitive airline offers and customized products,” Serko chief strategy officer Bob Shaw said in a statement. Travelers will be able to book and shop NDC offers through Amadeus, including corporate negotiated fares and ancillary services, and Serko plans future enhancements for Amadeus users including the ability to mix itineraries across fare types and online management of NDC bookings.
Serko said the integration is “particularly relevant” for the Australia and New Zealand markets, in light of Qantas’ recently announced new distribution model, scheduled to launch on July 1, 2025, which will update fees on both EDIFACT and NDC bookings through global distribution systems. Serko is among Qantas’ “certified technology partners” through which NDC content is available without a surcharge under the new model.
Amadeus currently has 29 airlines providing NDC content through its platform and will be adding more in 2025, the companies said.
