Concur Travel now can offer clients access to emissions data that meets the new ISO 14083 standard at the point of booking through its partnership with Thrust Carbon, the company announced.
Thrust Carbon achieved assurance for the ISO standard, released in 2023, last year, and Concur customers now can access Thrust Carbon’s ISO-compliant formula in the Concur booking tool, according to Concur. The standard also meets the requirements of other climate initiatives, including the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
Concur Travel president Charlie Sultan said Concur is the “first online booking tool to integrate emissions calculations tied to the ISO 14083 standard.”
