Fashion meets fishing in the latest brand team-up. The Kith for Columbia PFG Collaboration blends Kith’s seasonal color pallete of muted earth and water tones, with the high-performance Columbia PFG fishing line.
All of the typical pleasantries aside, if I’m being honest, the new line just looks rad. This isn’t the first time the brands have partnered up, and I’m hopeful it won’t be the last. It’s just a fun modern spin that I’m totally on board with.

Kith for Columbia PFG
There’s a retro vibe to the new line that just oozes cool. The Madison Jacket and Cool Creek Mesh Vest have ample storage, making them totally practical on the water. Both have self-draining pockets.
The Madison Jacket is constructed of Omni-Tech waterproof fabric, which is breathable while keeping you dry, while the Cool Creek Vest is reminiscent of the fly vest of the past. The mesh build guarantees breathability to keep you cool.
The lineup seems fairly extensive, with different looks and performance features to fit your tastes and fishing needs.
Because Columbia is focused on comfort and protection, you’ll find Omni-Shade Sun Deflector and Omni-Freeze ZERO Ice technology throughout certain pieces. UV protection is a seriously important factor on the water, and this line does not disappoint in the area of sun deflection.
Along with the signature apparel pieces, two new footwear options will accompany the drop.
The Newton Ridge Boot offers more protection to the angler, while the Breaksider Sandal takes the minimalist route. I could see both being assets in different scenarios.
