‘Traumatised’ Tesla proprietor seeks justice after Mannequin Y fireplace

A Californian Tesla Model Y owner has posted his ordeal online after he says Tesla “simply don’t care and hold no responsibility” for the fire that burned his electric SUV to a crisp.

The fire occurred earlier this month which Bishal Malla says left him “physically exhausted and mentally devastated and traumatised”.

Mr Malla reportedly called Tesla roadside assistance where an operator told him to tow the vehicle to a local Tesla service centre for inspection.

“One agent I talked to had an audacity to tell me to take my fully burned Tesla to the Tesla recommended servicing center. My car was fullly salvaged and a total loss. How in the world am I going to do that? Phewww,” he said.

Since the incident occurred Mr Malla has been unable to get an answer from Tesla about what happened with his car or even a welfare “follow up” check.

“It’s been two weeks, yet not a single follow-up or check-up call from Tesla. ”

His insurance company is reportedly handing the vehicle claim but that hasn’t stopped Mr Malla from creating a Twitter account just to get the attention of Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

“I am just stunned that a billion dollar company won’t do a single follow up when their product destroyed”, he said on a Reddit forum.

The fire reportedly began after Mr Malla heard a noise coming from the bottom of his car while traveling on a Californian highway.

“The car started shaking really bad. I thought it’s a flat tire because I’ve had 3 flat tires within a year so I thought for sure it’s a flat tire and I pulled over in the side,” said Mr Malla.

“The moment I opened the door, I saw the smoke coming from the bottom.

“Apparently, I’ve read multiple stories of Tesla being on fire. So that came in my mind and I quickly ran over the safe place and called 911. The rest is all in the picture itself.”

According to the driver, Tesla still hasn’t acknowledged the incident.
