United Airlines CFO Gerry Laderman will retire in 2024 after more than three decades with the company, according to Wednesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Laderman has agreed to continue to serve as CFO while United launches an executive search and until the start date of his successor. After that, he will serve as EVP of finance until his expected retirement in September 2024, according to the filing.
Before becoming CFO in August 2018, Laderman was SVP of finance and stepped in as acting CFO in May 2018. It was his second stint in the acting CFO role, having assumed the interim position in August 2016.
