Ford Puma tops three nations – Finest Promoting Vehicles Weblog


The Ford Puma is #1 in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales in June.

Thanks to SMMT we can share with you the Top 10 best-sellers for each UK nation in May. Keep in mind this is a zoom in by nation, all sales figures are already included in the June 2023 UK update. In an overall UK market up 25.8% year-on-year, England and Scotland (both at +26.1%) are the most dynamic to 150,886 and 15,796 sales respectively. Wales follows at +24.2% to 6,116 and Northern Ireland is up 16.1% to 4,108. Year-to-date, England is up 19.1% to 807,672, Northern Ireland up 17.5% to 24,845, Wales up 14.5% to 33,449 and Scotland up 13.9% to 81,777.

Podium finishers are as follows: the Ford Puma is #1 in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and #2 in England, the Tesla Model Y is #1 in England, the Hyundai Tucson #2 in Northern Ireland, the Vauxhall Mokka #2 in Wales, the Vauxhall Corsa #2 in Scotland and #3 in England, the Kia Sportage #3 in Northern Ireland, the Nissan Juke #3 in Scotland and the Ford Fiesta #3 in Wales. Other great performers include the MG ZS #4 in Wales, VW Polo #4 in Northern Ireland, Mini up to #5 in England, Ford Kuga #5 in Wales, BMW 1 Series #6 in Scotland, Toyota Yaris #7 in England and Northern Ireland, Peugeot 2008 #8 in Northern Ireland and the Kia Picanto #8 in Wales.
