Recharge Your Highway Journey at these Resort EV Charging Stations


 

Electric vehicles (EVs) are revolutionizing the way we think about transportation in Montgomery County, Maryland. With the increasing popularity and advancements in technology, EVs have become a popular and sustainable option for road trip lovers.

Drivers can save money by having to “plug in” instead of stopping for gas. An all-electric vehicle produces zero tailpipe emissions, which means a cleaner and clearer travel experience.

Montgomery County, Maryland has over 10,000 electric vehicles registered and there are currently over 500 public charging ports at 300+ locations in the county including 92 DC power fast charging stations according to My Green Montgomery.

We rounded up a few hotels in the county where guests can recharge their minds and cars with electric charging stations.

Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center

Take a trip along the Tastemakers Trail to Windridge Vineyards for a glass of Sparkling Portrayal, with notes of Mandarin orange, green apple, and mango with a fruity finish.

 

Bethesda Marriott

Guests can relax at the outdoor pool and can always have a snack with 24-hour room service and depart later with a 12:00 pm check-out time.

Things to Do: The Bethesda Marriott offers a complimentary shuttle service to the Bethesda Metro and Marriott Headquarters seven days a week. Guests can hop on the Metro and take the train into Washington D.C. or stay local and experience the shops in Downtown Bethesda.
