Airlines Reporting Corp. has integrated Latam’s New Distribution Capability offering into its ARC Direct Connect Program, enabling Latam “to offer richer content and detailed information through its booking platforms for corporate travel buyers and travel agencies,” ARC announced Tuesday.
The partnership allows ARC agencies to shop, book, add ancillaries and pay for Latam NDC tickets, as well as manage such post-sales services as change dates, voids and refunds, and automation of disruption handling by using the NDC by Latam portal or through an API and aggregators, according to ARC.
