Frozen Yogurt Bark Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt: We used 5% plain Greek yogurt, but feel free to use any plain yogurt.
  • Maple syrup: A natural sweetener that enhances all the other great flavors.
  • Cocoa powder: We used unsweetened cocoa powder as the other ingredients are sweet enough!
  • Chocolate granola: Granola adds a nice crunch to the frozen yogurt bark. We used chocolate because we LOVE chocolate.
  • Strawberries: We sliced our strawberries so that the bark stays nice and flat and is easy to eat.
  • Chocolate chips: Melted chocolate chips taste so yummy drizzled on the fruit. Think chocolate-covered strawberries!

How to Make Delicious Frozen Yogurt Bark

PREP BAKING SHEET

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

MIX YOGURT BARK INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until the cocoa powder is completely incorporated. Add 1 cup of chocolate granola and mix again.

TRANSFER TO BAKING SHEET

Next, pour the Greek yogurt mixture over the parchment paper, spreading it evenly across the baking sheet until about ¼-inch thick

Then place on the sliced strawberries and spread the last ¼ cup of the granola over the top, pressing it gently into the yogurt.

MELT CHOCOLATE

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Then microwave on high in 20-second increments for 1 minute or until melted and glossy. Be sure to stir them every 20 seconds.

DRIZZLE + FREEZE

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of all of the ingredients. Then place the baking sheet into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt has completely frozen.

BREAK INTO BARK + ENJOY

Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and gently break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces

If not serving right away, place them in a freezer-safe container or bag and store them in the freezer until ready to eat. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

Don’t forget to line your baking sheet with parchment paper. You can use wax paper or aluminum foil if you’re out. That way, you can remove the bark easily from the tray after it’s frozen.

If you want a creamier frozen yogurt bark, use a full-fat yogurt instead of the 5% fat that we used in this recipe. Alternatively, fat-free yogurt may cause the bark to taste too icy.

Make sure you chop your fruits into smaller pieces if needed. If they’re too bulky, the bark won’t be as flat, making it harder to eat.
