Accor will deploy Amadeus’ Central Reservation System to increase hotel merchandizing opportunities and develop more personalized offers for guests, the companies announced Wednesday.
The Amadeus reservation system will replace an Accor homegrown system, according to the hotel company.
The companies said that with the Amadeus system, Accor could “curate personalized offers that go beyond mere room types” by “incorporating sophisticated attributes such as room views, styles, bedding preferences and more.”
“We will leverage the advanced capabilities of the Amadeus Central Reservation System and equip our hotels and owners with a modern distribution management tool, offering a wider range of services, new revenue-generating capabilities and personalized guest experiences,” Accor chief digital officer Alix Boulnois said in a statement.
