Advito Broadens Scope of Engagement Apply


BCD Travel consultancy arm Advito has expanded its Traveler Engagement practice to work with groups beyond travel in client organizations, the company announced.

Advito launched the practice in 2014 to use behavioral economics and marketing strategies to help companies boost traveler satisfaction and improve the traveler experience while driving savings, according to Advito. That now has evolved to Engage by Advito, with which the consultancy can work across other business units including human resources, sustainability, procurement, IT, security and diversity, equity and inclusion. The service will focus particularly on digital marketing.

“We often find that strategic communications are an extremely necessary, but often overlooked, part of any project’s success—from onboarding a new tool or platform to designing and rolling out new learning and development modules and everything in between,” Engage global practice lead Kerry Ellis said in a statement. “We’re excited to leverage our team’s wealth of experience to help stakeholders outside of travel generate immediate and sustained results.”

With the expansion, Engage will continue offering services in traveler marketing, merchandising and policy to clients, according to Advito.
