On this week’s Amazon Live Show, I shared a few things to get you in the holiday spirit. I started off with a fun recipe that makes a great edible gift. It’s visually pretty—it resembles sand art—and it’s definitely delish. You can build it in a mason jar, include a beautiful note card with the recipe on the back, and a festive bow. It’s a gift everyone would be happy to receive! The second recipe I whipped up is my Eggnog Cheesecake dip, which is just what it sounds like, a mouthwatering marriage of Christmas eggnog and New York-style cheesecake. You can use it as a dip for fruit and graham cracker pieces…or spread it out on a cutting board to create a dessert “butter” board with dippers around the outside.
