The “Big Game” is just days away and if you’re busy preparing your menu, you’ll need to include some delicious dips. On this week’s Amazon Live Show, I shared a few of my faves. Guac is a must, and I just learned a few tricks from star chef Sandra de la Mora, at Fairmont Mayakoba in Mexico, to take the beloved dish over the top. My 3-Ingredient Queso is the easiest queso you’ll ever make (in the microwave!) and it’s oh-so-scrumptious. Then, I created a mixture of the two in my Queso-Guacamole, for those who can’t decide which one to dig into. And I finished off with a super-hot Buffalo Chicken Cottage Cheese Dip (which you can adjust based on your heat tolerance). If you missed the show, you can watch a replay here.
