Furnished apartment provider Landing has launched a corporate housing program that allows corporate clients to book long-term open-ended stays for employee relocation and work assignments, the company announced Thursday.
Founded in 2019, Landing is an online subscription service for flexible furnished apartment rentals that costs $199 annually, on top of rent and utilities that vary by stay. The new program, dubbed Flex, is a new membership program within Landing, the company said.
Flex bookings require a minimum stay of 30 days. There is no additional subscription fee for Flex, a company spokesperson told BTN via email. However, corporate partners can “unlock additional savings by reserving minimum stays of 30, 90 and 180 days–with the flexibility to extend at any time,” the spokesperson said.
According to Landing, Flex accommodations can be “open-ended” without a specified departure date upon booking, and stays can be terminated with 14 days’ notice.
Flex members have access to Landing’s full portfolio, which it says includes more than 20,000 apartments in more than 375 U.S. cities.
Landing founder and CEO Bill Smith said in a statement that extending the program to “the business world is a natural step as we rethink how people will live, work and travel in the future.”
