BCD Companions to Add Expense Mgmt. to GetGoing


BCD Travel has added expense management capabilities to GetGoing, its digital platform for small and midsize clients, through a partnership with Mobilexpense, the travel management company announced.

With the expense management integration, BCD is launching the combined Go Travel & Expense, which combines travel and expense into a single offering. Expense features via Mobilexpense include the ability to scan receipts with mobile devices, submit and approve expenses, implement policies and export data for analysis or sharing with other departments, BCD said.

“Because it’s one app, one supplier, one contract, all within the GetGoing platform, it’s an immediate activation, a breeze to manage and a delight for travelers to use,” Dave Mitchell, BCD Travel midmarket division president and GetGoing’s executive lead in the U.S., said in a statement. “As a result, clients see better adoption and greater savings and policy compliance. Plus, we offer clear, tiered pricing that simplifies and speeds up onboarding.”

BCD launched GetGoing in Germany in 2022 and expanded it into the U.S. a year ago. The TMC said the platform has had “triple-digit growth” since its launch, and it plans to expand its capabilities and geographic footprint in the coming months.

Other recent developments with GetGoing include the launch of mobile apps for Google and Apple users, according to GetGoing global head Ghislain Domi.
