Through years of blogging I’ve shared TONS of water concoctions, and I mean tons: The best iced tea on the planet, Collagen tea recipes, Morning spa water recipes and a lot more. Basically, I’m always upgrading my water and making it WORK for me.
The team and I have finally perfected our BEAUTY WATER and you can be sure the ingredients are clean and effective, not to mention EASY to add into your morning routine.

You lose a lot of water through your breath and sweat when you sleep (Mouth Tape can help with this), so as soon as you wake up you want to hydrate with a big glass of water. Hydrating on an empty stomach can help:

Years ago when I was reading Cameron Diaz’s book, something she wrote really stuck with me:

Now, studies are suggesting that drowning ourselves with 6L of water a day is doing nothing except depleting our bodies of minerals and wasting our time with countless trips to the bathroom. Our formula is free of: preservatives, soy, fat, sugar, artificial additives, gluten, GMOs, antibiotics, hormones, and cruelty. And most importantly THERE ARE NO FILLERS OR ADDITIVES. Even though the formula is unflavored, you may taste a little kick. That’s the cayenne and ginger. These ingredients are antioxidants, added to support the electrolytes. They also balance taste and cleanse the palate.
As I said, we wanted to keep this supplement super clean, which means there’s no flavor, no chemicals, no additives or preservatives. To be very transparent, we did experiment with some flavoring. After about 6 months of taste tests we decided it wasn’t the way to go. There was no way to make it taste natural and keep the formulation ultra clean. Plus we added a wooden scoop so you don’t have a plastic spoon floating around your super-clean Beauty Water.

Once opened, ensure to reseal your pouch to keep Beauty Water fresh and effective. Or, transfer to an airtight glass or ceramic container of your choice.
You’re hopefully drinking water when you wake up anyway, so why not add a scoop of something that only comes with benefits?
Sometimes I like to sit on my deck and take in the morning sun with Beauty Water and half a lemon over ice, or if I’m running out the door I add it to my favorite reusable glass water bottle and head to the gym or office. Obviously I love to use a frother for all my drinks.
