Low-cost carrier Breeze Airways in May and June will begin nonstop service from Portland, Maine, to four destinations, the carrier announced Tuesday.
Breeze will offer direct twice-weekly service from Portland International Jetport to each Charleston, S.C.; Norfolk, Va.; Pittsburgh and Tampa. Breeze will offer Tampa service each Wednesday and Saturday, and to the other three destinations each Monday and Friday.
Portland is the 35th destination in Breeze’s network.
Additionally, Breeze announced 18 new routes and four one-stop routes to begin in May, June and July among 19 other network cities.
The new routes will be served by Breeze’s Embraer 195 aircraft or its Airbus A220-300 aircraft, according to the carrier.
