Amadeus has announced new agreements with Campbell Travel and Gant Travel, each of which include the travel management companies making Amadeus’ Cytric booking technology available to their customers.
The agreement with Dallas-based Campbell Travel is “a new transformative agreement” providing the TMC with access to the Amadeus Travel Platform’s content and workflow. Campbell Travel president Teri Goins in a statement said having “Amadeus as the foundation of our tech stack” was “the right partnership to enhance the corporate travel offering and drive Campbell Travel forward.”
The agreement includes Campbell becoming a reseller for the Cytric portfolio, including its integration with Microsoft Teams. Campbell will implement Amadeus Cytric in its own operations as well, according to Amadeus.
With Bloomington, Ind.-based Gant Travel, the agreement expands on its partnership with Amadeus that began in 2020. Gant now will offer both Cytric Travel and Cytric Easy to its corporate customers, and Gant also will be the first TMC to offer the integrated offering of Cytric with Emburse’s Chrome River expense management platform announced in recent months, according to Amadeus.
