Solutions Travel is partnering with Latin America-based travel and tourism company Consolid Global Travel Solutions, including an investment by Consolid to boost Solutions’ growth, the companies announced.
Solutions, a travel management company built on a travel-as-a-service technology stack provided by Spotnana, launched last year and has grown its operations to 27 countries today, with plans to expand to 40 by the end of this year, according to Solutions.
The amount of Consolid’s investment into Solutions was not disclosed.
The partnership with Consolid—which specializes in corporate travel, events and global consolidation across Latin American and the U.S.—will “combine our extensive regional expertise with the cutting-edge technology and service,” Joaquín Navasal, chairman of Consolid parent company Volans Group, said in a statement. “This agreement with Solutions will allow us to incorporate advanced technology tools that will optimize the customer experience, ensuring savings and efficient global management.”
