Meetings and co-working space provider Convene has partnered with third-party meetings sourcing and contracting firm LM Media Worldwide to include hotel room block sourcing and contracting as a complimentary service for Convene clients.
The partnership will give Convene clients access to LM Media Worldwide’s purchasing power to secure exclusive rates and promotions across hotels at numerous price points. Partner hotels featured on LM Media’s website include such brands as Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Rosewood and Wyndham. The company negotiated and contracted more than 400,000 hotel room nights globally in 2023.
Convene, which acquired Etc.venues in 2023, now operates a network of 39 locations in the U.S., including Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Washington, D.C, and in the U.K. in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Convene opened its 15th New York City location in Times Square earlier this month.
