Australia-based travel management company Corporate Travel Management executive director and CEO of Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia Laura Ruffles is stepping down from those roles “due a personal health issue,” effective immediately, the company announced Tuesday.
However, Ruffles will “remain with CTM to continue her leadership of customer-facing technology, aligned to delivery of our five-year plan,” according to the company.
CTM’s regional CEOs now will report to CTM managing director Jamie Pherous, who in a statement said, I would like to thank and acknowledge Laura’s significant contribution as an executive director and senior leader over many years and I’m pleased she will remain involved with CTM in a pivotal role that provides the flexibility she needs at this time.”
