CWT is partnering with Booking.com to provide a travel booking offering with agent support for small businesses, CWT announced. The offering, which CWT said will go live before the end of June, will provide content via the Booking.com for Business platform and complimentary, multilingual around-the-clock travel agent support by CWT.
Booking.com for Business, which is powered by its partnership with travel technology supplier Serko,combines Booking.com lodging content with hotel, flight and car rental content from CWT. The content includes discounted business travel rates and membership rewards from various third-party loyalty programs, according to CWT.
