Dacia sales are finally up in Morocco.
First positive market since last July in November at +22% year-on-year to 13,772 units. This includes 12,021 passenger cars (+21.4%) and 1,751 light commercials (+26.6%). The year-to-date tally for passenger cars is at 129,395 units, tilting back into positive territory at +0.4% year-on-year. For the first time since October 2022, market leader Dacia (+3.5%) manages year-on-year growth and ends the month with a dominant 23.6% share. Renault (+53.1%) is once again catching up at 17.9% share vs. 16.2% so far this year. It is also an excellent month for Peugeot (+74.6%) up to 9.5% share vs. 7.8% year-to-date whereas Hyundai (-18.6%) falters. Only Kia (+134.8%) beats the market in the remainder of the Top 10.
