Delta Opens Expanded Miami Sky Membership

Delta Air Lines this week unveiled a newly expanded Sky Club at Miami International Airport, the carrier announced Thursday. Delta has added nearly 4,000 square feet to the lounge with more than 100 new seats, allowing for capacity of about 300 guests—a 50 percent increase from the former space, according to the carrier.

The club includes a new service buffet and an additional beverage station. Seating is “tailored to the needs of the business traveler,” and includes single-seat dining tables, a communal table with a charging source in the center and power outlets at most seats, according to Delta.

Additional clubs Delta is scheduled to open this year include new Sky Clubs in Charlotte and Seattle, along with three Delta One lounges opening at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport and Boston Logan International Airport.
