Delta to Resume NYC-Tel Aviv Service

Delta Air Lines on June 7 will resume daily nonstop service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Tel Aviv, the carrier announced Thursday. The flights will operate with Airbus A330-900neo aircraft and provide nearly 2,000 weekly seats from New York to Israel, according to Delta.

The carrier had previously scheduled service to resume May 1, and customers booked on flights prior to June “will be notified by Delta and reaccommodated accordingly,” according to the airline.

Delta had temporarily suspended flights, as did many other carriers, after Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023. United Airlines resumed its service between Newark Liberty International Airport and Tel Aviv earlier this month.
