Multiple airlines are offering cheap flights to Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and Mazatlan from April 2023 through March 2024. Many available flights are from a few major U.S. cities to San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

Most availability is concentrated on the East Coast. However, there are also discounted flights to Mexico from Texas, Denver, Los Angeles and Seattle.

These fares are only expected to last for the next one to two days, so snag these cheap flights for a sunny retreat as soon as possible.

Airlines: Aeromexico, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines.
Routes: Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Denver, Houston, New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle and Washington, D.C., to Mexico.
How to book: Use Google Flights to find your ideal dates and then book directly with the airline of your choice.
Travel dates: April 2023 through March 2024. Some routes have availability during Thanksgiving, but New Year’s Eve is excluded from these deals.

Keep in mind that the fares featured in these deals are for basic economy only, which comes with many restrictions. American’s basic economy allows passengers to bring one free carry-on and includes fees for seat selection. Travelers flying basic economy with American cannot make changes to their tickets or receive refunds.

Despite the restrictions that come with basic economy, you’ll still save a ton in airfare. The $315 sticker price for a round-trip flight to Los Cabos is considered to be low for basic economy, according to Google Flights.
