Former Coupa executive Mark Riggs has joined Emburse as the company’s chief customer officer, the company announced.
Riggs, who had been serving in the same role at Coupa for nearly the last eight years, began the role at Emburse on Monday, according to a spokesperson for the company. At Emburse, he will “be in charge of our customer journey from acquisition to retention,” according to Emburse CEO Marne Martin. “He’ll build and strengthen our deep relationships with customers while ensuring our solutions meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and expanding global client base.”
The role is a new position at Emburse, the spokesperson said.
