Why This Recipe for Oven Fried Skinless Chicken Thighs

If you’re trying to reduce your sodium intake for health reasons, then you know how flavorless cooking food without salt can be. Seriously though, this recipe for salt free chicken thighs absorbs the seasoned butter flavor to give it a herb seasoning and juiciness that you won’t miss the salt at all.

Something else you’ll love about this recipe is how simple it is to cook. You just melt butter or margarine and add paprika, pepper, and garlic powder to pour over the skinless chicken thighs in your baking pan. What more can you ask for easy dinner preparation?

You also don’t need to run out to buy a lot of extra or expensive ingredients. You just need chicken thighs and a few spices that are probably in your pantry or spice rack.

Tips for Perfect Chicken Thighs (Golden & Juicy Every Time)

I use a teflon brush for basting the sauce for this chicken. I like to initially brush one side and then turn it over after twenty minutes to baste the other side. Any leftover basting sauce is used after another twenty minutes to coat the first side again.

One thing I do want to warn you is making sure that you use garlic powder and not garlic salt. Garlic powder is free of salt whereas garlic salt has a lot of sodium in it.

I hope that you make my recipe for this golden baked chicken with basting sauce because it is moist, juicy, tender, and full of more incredible flavor than you can imagine. Furthermore, it also smells so delicious as it bakes and comes out of the oven with a beautiful appearance.
