Corporate travel management company Globespan Travel Management has selected accommodation management platform Vindow to manage its transient and group hotel sourcing, the companies announced.
Vindow, which launched in 2019, provides a marketplace of lodging suppliers that travel managers can select for their program—including machine-learning features to aid selection based on traveler sentiment and expected trends—and management of requests for proposal and contract management. The Toronto-based Globespan selected Vindow in part based on its “customizable functionality,” according to Globespan president Daniel Moretta.
“As our client list continues to evolve into new verticals, we know that, if necessary, Vindow’s development team will be willing to support our growth by making updates to the platform, which will enable us to be more effective in our sourcing, giving our clients better results, and improve our overall business success,” Moretta said in a statement.
