Reed & Mackay has appointed Kieran Hartwell as chief revenue officer, where he will be leading and aligning the company’s sales and marketing teams globally, the travel management company announced.
Hartwell most recently was managing director of corporate travel for Travel Counsellors, and his TMC experience also includes roles as chief commercial officer for Travel and Transport and president of Radius Travel.
In the position, Hartwell will report directly to Reed & Mackay Group CEO Fred Stratford and will lead strategies to reach out to new market segments and optimizing the TMC’s go-to-market models, the TMC said. Stratford in a statement said Hartwell brings a “proven track record in scaling revenue and driving growth through innovative strategies,” which will help the company as it expands globally, including in North America.
Reed & Mackay is part of the Navan Group, having been acquired by Navan, then TripActions, in 2021.
