Hertz has named Scott Haralson as its new chief financial
officer, effective the end of June, the company announced Monday. He will
replace Alexandra Brooks, who is leaving at the end of the month to pursue
other opportunities, according to the car rental company.
Haralson is a “veteran of the transportation
industry” with more than 25 years of experience, most recently serving as
CFO of Spirit Airlines, according to Hertz. He previously held leadership roles
at Dish Network, Frontier Airlines, Swift Aviation Group and US Airways.
In addition, Hertz chief operating officer Justin Keppy has
resigned effective June 3. He had been appointed
COO in October 2023. Brooks had been in her position as CFO since
July 2023.
The moves come just two
months after Hertz CEO Gil West stepped into his role on April 1 following
the resignation of former CEO Stephen Scherr.
