Those that adore chocolate chip cookies warm and fresh from the oven would have their pleasure multiplied in this pie recipe oozing with decadent chocolate in every bite. After all, this chocolate chip pie is like biting into an enormous chocolate chip cookie. This post will show you how to make this ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers with this chocolate chip cookie pie recipe.
Besides how sinfully good this cookie pie recipe is, another reason to love it is because of how easy it is to make, especially if you use my oil pie crust. Though not always the most beautiful appearing crust, this oil pie crust is foolproof, healthier with olive oil than using shortening for a classic crust and always produces flaky crust. Other than that, this toll house pie is basically just beating up the eggs till light and foamy before mixing in softened butter, sugars and vanilla before finally stirring in the chocolate chips and nuts into the unbaked pie shell.
I hope when you’re feeling hungry for chocolate and want to bake that you’ll be tempted to make this chocolate chip pie recipe with my oil pie crust. Seriously, I think that you’ll be glad that you did once you dig in. Please share this with your friends and family and come back to my blog for more delicious and home-tested recipes.
