What should you do before install?
If you are habitual of driving late at night, then wiring a light bar will be a great help for your truck or SUV ATV UTV. It not only helps in easy drive also allows you to enjoy your night ride by brightening road. Keep your driving safety.It is now easy to install LED lights bars and work lights. It is due to their better contact sizes and easy installation requirements. however, four main steps for installation:
1: Use a relay to a switch
Choose the suitable relay to your wiring harness, it is necessary. the relay able to protect the circuit and support more line connection. according to your voltage and current request to choose the relay capacity. the common is 12V 24V 30A 40A 60A 80A capacity.
2: Choose a fuse.
You need to takes steps to avoid any unexpected damage to the vehicle’s electrical system. for that matter,it is better to keep fuse between the battery and relay.it keeps the vehicle from suffering any damage to circuit system.however the there are some type of fuse for choice. choose the suitable one is important.
3: Make sure get correct connector.
Due to the offroad lights bar and work lights produced by different manufacturer. they adopt various of the connector to match with their lights. so if you don’t purchased in kit or from difference vendors, the wiring harness connector may not fit with your lights. 4: Decide which switch do you need to install.

There are 6 steps that need to be taken for better LED lights bar installation.
1:You need to be aware of the inner wiring system of the vehicle. The reference point needs to be determined for making strong connections.
2:Connect the terminal with the light bar. Tap the red wire to the white wire. Make black wire to the negative terminal. In case of making a connection, the wiring is kept with the electric tape.
3:The red wire in the system has to be connected with the fuse. You have to take the wire and then tap with the positive terminal of the battery. Take the black wire from the switch and tap with the negative terminal of the battery.
4:You have the liberty to keep the switch button anywhere as per your convenience. It is due to the adhesive nature of the switch button. When you keep the button on the vehicle inside, look for the firewall cover. The firewall cover is available on the driver’s side. Make a connection of the switch wire with the inside of the vehicle. You need to take the switch wire from inside to the engine bay for that matter.
5:You have to make the connection between the light positive wire with the red trigger. For that matter, the black wire should be taped either with the ground or with a negative source. It is essential to make the battery from draining unnecessary. Especially during situations when it remains unused for a long duration.
6:You need to check the new wire switch. It ensures if the light functions as you want it to function. In case of any issue with the wiring, experts can help in sorting out the issue.
