Hyatt Hotels Corp. has launched online meetings and events guides that offer property-specific information for planners and resources for attendees, the company announced.
The new Event Experience Guides were designed as an “evolution” of the Together by Hyatt program, the company said. The guides include guest room information, venue floor plans, capacity charts, preferred vendor options, menus and venue-specific sustainability fact sheets, according to Hyatt.
Guides are available at U.S.-based Hyatt properties, including Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Regency, Park Hyatt and Thompson Hotels, and will expand further within the U.S. by July 2023. According to the company, the guides will expand to Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East by 2024.
