[ICAST 2024] ISLE’s NEW Flywater Micro-Skiff Kayak

ISLE, known for inflatable stand-up paddle boards, has brought out a brand hybrid design to ICAST 2024. The new Flywater Micro-Skiff Kayak, the most rigid, rugged, and stable inflatable watercraft on the market. A hybrid of an inflatable kayak and a micro-skiff, this light little inflatable can fly over the shallowest water with ease. The low draft design of the hull also maximizes the range and speed of the Flywater Micro-Skiff Kayak. Beyond just paddling the craft this micro-skiff-kayak is capable of having an electric motor (up to 5hp) mounted. This allows this little craft to go where other boats can’t.

The Flywater Micro-Skiff Kayak is built using ISLE’s patented, exclusive InfinityFiber high-performance composite inflatable construction. This makes for a 300% more rigid inflatable water craft. The InfinityFiber is used for both the transom and bottom of the pontoons to maximize the kayaks durability and rigidity. If you are wanting a stealth fishing machine or just a tandem kayak to take the kids out on the Flywater is a great option.

The Flywater Micro-Skiff Kayak has a length of 12′ 6″ and only weighs 49 pounds alone or 55 pounds packed in the bag as a full package. This makes for a hernia-free time when loading it up for a trip. It comes equipped with 7 carry handles in convenient locations around the kayak for easy carrying as well. Mounting points for accessories are built in on top of the pontoons and on the sides of them are fin boxes that help protect the hull. Additionally, the rear of the Flywater can be fitted with a transom for use with a traditional trolling motor. The MSRP for these will start at $1,695 and will be available for a limited run initially during the second half of this year with a full release in 2025.
