Indian corporate travel services provider Yatra Online has acquired corporate travel agency Globe Travels for about $15.25 million, the company announced Tuesday.
India-based Globe Travels has about 360 corporate clients and has annual gross bookings of about $90 million, according to Yatra. Yatra said it expects the deal to close within three months, subject to conditions.
“This acquisition aligns with our strategy to deepen our presence in key verticals and markets while further strengthening our corporate travel and MICE capabilities,” Yatra co-founder and CEO Dhruv Shringi said in a statement.
