JetBlue to Introduce Airport Lounges

JetBlue in late 2025 will begin to add airport lounges to its offerings, the carrier announced Thursday.

The first lounge, sized at 8,000 square feet, will be located in John F. Kennedy International Airport’s Terminal 5, with the second, sized at 11,000 square feet, to follow “soon after” in Boston Logan International Airport’s Terminal C. The lounges are part of the airline’s efforts to “meet the growing demand for premium offerings.”

Access will be reserved “primarily” for JetBlue’s most loyal customers and premium credit card holders, including TrueBlue Mosaic 4 members, transatlantic Mint customers and holders of a new premium JetBlue credit card that is to be announced soon, according to the carrier. Mosaic 4 and premium JetBlue credit card holders also will receive access for an accompanying guest.

Day passes and guest passes will be available for purchase by additional eligible customers based on space availability, and all customers will be able to purchase an annual pass.

In addition to the lounge access being added for Mosaic 4 members, JetBlue beginning in 2025 will give Mosaic members who have earned 250 tiles two additional Move to Mint certificates for every 100 tiles they earn, according to the carrier.
